We happily provide exchanges for clothing and accessories.

You can swap the item for a different size or colour or choose a new style.

Alternatively, we can arrange for a credit note for the cost of the item once you have returned it.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase, please ensure the return is back in our possession within these 30 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your return to reach us will vary.

Please note you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible if it goes missing in the mail.

If you have chosen to exchange your item for another one, we will ship the replacement out to you at our own cost.

Only regular priced items can be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.


REFUND POLICY (if applicable)

We only accept refunds if the item delivered to you is damaged, has been misrepresented or differs from the description in the product page.

Please contact us within 7 days and return the item within 30 days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund.

When returning a damaged item for a refund or exchange, we will refund the shipping costs back to you.

Please keep a receipt and proof of return so we can refund the amount paid back to you.

If you have chosen a replacement, we will also ship it out to you at our own cost.
